Medicare Assistance
We provide psychological treatment under the Australian Government’s Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative. As such, you may be able to access medicare rebates, for both in person or Telehealth sessions, if you are eligible for a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP. Rebates can be processed directly for you at your session. We offer services under Mental Health Care Plans for up to 10 rebateable sessions per calendar year; Eating Disorder Treatment Plans for up to 40 rebateable sessions per calendar year and Chronic Disease Management Plans for up to 5 rebateable sessions per calendar year. Please note you do not require a GP referral to attend, it is completely optional and simply to aid in costs. Please see below fact-sheet for more details and how you may attain one. We are happy to discuss this further with you in your initial session.
On Arrival
You can relax in our warm and welcoming reception space before your appointment. Grab yourself a cup of tea or coffee before your appiontment.
Telehealth
We offer telehealth sessions to all of our clients. If you are in need of some more information please give us a call to see if this would be helpful for you.
Parking
We have very limited onsite parking. The woolworths carpark across the road is avaliable for use for 3 hours free parking. We also are very close to public transport routes if that is needed. If you have any more questions please let us know.
